Studio Nicla was founded by Nicla Diceglie, Principal Designer and Creative Director, certified in Biophilic Design, colour and nature loving creative with roots in Southern Italy and a life built across countries, like Italy, UK and Spain.
With a background in project management and customer service, Nicla retrained as an Interior Designer studying at the internationally renowned KLC School of Design in Chelsea - London.
Nicla’s design philosophy is shaped by her Italian heritage, particularly the light, colour and natural warmth of Puglia in southern Italy.
Raised in a seaside town surrounded by ancient olive groves, a deep connection to nature became an instinctive part of her way of living and designing.
After living in the UK and now based in Castelldefels near Barcelona, Nicla understands the emotional complexity of building a life across borders. Her work is rooted in the belief that colour, light and nature can transform not only spaces, but also wellbeing, clarity and confidence — shaping environments that restore balance, inspire focus and elevate everyday living.
